The Last week of summer...

Summer has come to an end.. and i am definately celebrating. Dont get me wrong i love my kids and i love being with them, but i also love having them at school. i am not ashamed to admit this fact and because they go to school I am definately a MUCH better mom!!! So for the last week we had lots of fun, we went to the Salt lake county fair. Had a cub scout pack meeting where the kids made rockets and shot them off and we ended the week with Christian, Clay and levi heading off to the Macho Man camput for three day of boy fun. Me, chase and Stacia were able to go play at the park with the girls and the kids and enjoyed yummy food at Rumbi grill. Me and levi were able to go out on a date last night to the movie Salt and to dinner at the new pizza place in Jordan Landing.. it was delicious too bad i cant remember what its even called.. We had an awesome summer and it flew by. I love summer.. BUT i love school even more !!

In front of the rabbit, the kids didnt want to leave them. they wanted to bring them all home with us.. too bad for them.

Pig Races.. they were so fun to watch and as a matter of fact Chase was one of two people who won a t-shirt, his pig won the race so he was eligible for the shirt and he won.

the kids each got to spend $5.00 Stacia chose to ride the ponies, she was the only one on the ride so the guy gave her a pretty long ride. she loved it.

Christian rode the mechanical bull and actually stayed on for quite a while.

Clay did the giant tramp. and did several back flips and front flips. The guy said he had not seen anyone ever do a double black flip, but clay did it.

Chase on the tramp.. doing flips, he got stuck several times in the middle of the flip.

The petting zoo was awesome this year, the had llamas, camels, horses, goats, turtles, sheep, bunnies.

Cub scouts. Clays rocket he made, these rockets seriously fly.

Clay and Christian both got their Bear award, they will be 10 at the end of this month and moving up to Webelos. I am proud of them and how hard they work.
